The tour ends at the back of the palace overlooking the gardens but you aren't allowed to wander around them. Garden tour was available but at extra cost - it seems you need to book this extra at the same time as your visit to the Palace rooms, there wasn't a possibility to purchase at the end of the Palace tour. Our visit took a couple of hours.”

After tea we were able to return to the Palace on our own and explore for several more hours. We had such a wonderful day! Definitely one of the best tours we have ever done.”
